Provisions of fines and penalties for violators of road use policies and laws according to Road Transport Act 2018 in Bangladesh
Bangladesh is an overpopulated country on the world map. A large part of this country is covered by roads. A lot of budget and investment is made for the development of our country's road system, but still, there are accidents. Basically, many unwanted road accidents happen every year due to not obeying the right road rules. If the rules of road use are followed, the driver, passengers and pedestrians will all return home safely. This demand of all of us for strict laws to ensure road safety and restore order on the roads is not new today. To make this great expectation of the nation a reality, the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority has created a law; Road usage rules and laws. It clearly mentions the provision of fines and penalties for those who violate road usage laws. In the discussion section, Pathway Driving Training School has given a special description of it.
1) A fine of Tk 10,000 or imprisonment of three months for blowing the horn loudly.
